Target Practice

This past weekend Clif and I went with his parents and Holly and Allen and their family for a drive on the mountain. We stopped to do a little target practice for fun and for Allen to site in his new scope since he got drawn for an elk hunt later this year.

Holly was commenting to me how Allen walks so much like his dad so we snapped this photo of the three of them walking back from taking a closer look at the targets.

Our Garden, or should I say "Clif's Garden"

Clif and I planted our first garden together (Corn, Beans, Peas, Tomatos, Garlic, Broccoli, Beets, carrots, Radishes, Squash, Zuccini, Lettuce, Potatoes, Pumpkins, Cucumbers, Watermelon, and Dill) It has become quite an obsession for Clif, he loves it. He will get home from work and spend hours in his garden, babying it and loving it. I go out with him often to check on the garden's progress but he accuses me of being a bad parent to the garden since I don't spend as much time with it as he does. :) He makes me laugh. So far we have enjoyed our radishes and lettuce. The peas are coming on just now and we have had a few of them so far. The whole garden is doing really well. These pictures were taken two weeks ago and now everything is twice as big. Oh yeah, in addition to the garden, Clif and I have planted 10 fruit trees around our yard and we look forward to when they are big enough in a couple of years to produce fruit.

Memorial Day Weekend

Clif and I went camping Memorial Day weekend with the Browning Family. Most of my siblings were in town too since Cassie graduated. They came up to our camp one day and went on a short horse ride with us. I had a little run away moment on a mule which didn't end in any injuries gratefully. :) Sorry, no pictures of that.

Ashlyn, Amie, and Affie were busy the whole camp trip catching all sorts of bugs, building forts, and playing ball.

Holly, Amie, and Afton came to visit me one day while I was still working on unpacking and putting things away. The girls decided to make a little fort in my empty boxes. It didn't last long, shortly after I took these pictures Affie decided it wasn't big enough for the both of them and started trying to push Amie out. :) It was cute while it lasted.

HoneyMoon

A week in Colorado, just the two of us. Majority of the time spent traveling

around and taking pictures. Since we are both photographers, there weren't many

pictures of the two of us. Oh well, we had a good time, even so, we came home

a few days early to enjoy settling in at home before we both had to go back to work. : )

Wedding

Clif and I were married on May 1st, 2009 for time and all eternity

in the Snowflake Arizona Temple. Both Families came to support us

on our happy day which we are both very grateful for.
