I am having a BOY!!!! kinda weird since I am so used to girls in my life but I am really excited as is Clif. Our baby is very healthy and actually a few days ahead of schedule on his growth. It was so fun getting to see his little face, arms, fingers, legs, toes, etc... I can't wait!!! I am calling him WC for the time being since we have three possible names now that we are working through and may end not picking any of them, who knows: William Cort, Warren Cort, William Clif. Clif let me buy some baby clothes since I have been wanting to buy something for forever but wanted to wait till I knew what it was. We bought him three little sleepers, and I think Clif enjoyed picking them out as much as me even though he would deny it. Anyway, that's about it. I am just so happy to have a baby coming, I feel special to be going through all this and being able to feel closer and closer to my son. He is already so special to me that it kind of scares me. I hope I have what it takes to be a good mom to him. I love him!

ReplyDeleteSQUEEEE! I'm just excited that you know now. I woulda loved baby browning regardless. But for once I guessed right! I bet clif is overjoyed and he should be. Boys are different, but they are special. I'm glad you can finally get some clothes and start picturing things and deciding on names and all of that. It's fun to do. Who knows, there could be a girl yet to come. I know all the feelings you talk of in this post. It's an overwhelming thing to become a mother - so special and so amazing. The love you feel even before the baby comes is just really really special. Now I'm all excited to write you a little book about various little things I learned that might or might not help with your experiences, and go shopping for presents closer to his arrival! I looooove baby shopping.
